Located on 92 Broad Street in Hamilton, New York, Phi Kappa Tau is home to brotherhood, great times, and a gorgeous view of Colgate University. The three-story house has 32 rooms—8 on the first floor, 16 on the second floor, and 8 on the third floor.   In addition to this, there is a living room, a chef and a kitchen, and a dining room.  There are additional rooms in the basement.

 

During the 2017-2018 academic year, the house saw improvements, notably the addition of a pool table and new television, taking it to even greater heights. The brothers are thankful for all who contribute to Colgate in the name of Phi Kappa Tau.
